Data deletion

You can delete your account and the data linked to it at any time — yourself from your profile, or by emailing us.

From your profile

1. Log in to your account and open your profile.
2. At the very bottom of the page, click “Delete account”.
3. You can skip the questions. To confirm, type your account's email address and click “Delete my account in 30 days”.

If you have a subscription that renews automatically, cancel it in “Plan and billing” first — otherwise the payments would continue.

What happens to your data

Your account is deleted 30 days after you request it. Until then, you can change your mind — just log in again.

• You're logged out of all devices right away.
• Your public posts are hidden right away.
• 30 days after your request, your personal data, uploaded photos and files, chats and messages are deleted. Unused credits are lost along with the account.
• Generations and their descriptions remain, but anonymously — with no link to you or your account.
• If you've made payments, the payment records are kept — the law requires it.

By email

If you can't log in to your account, email us from the address you registered with and ask for deletion. We'll reply to that same address.

If you logged in with Facebook

From your Facebook profile, we keep only your name and email address. Your Facebook password never reaches us.

You can also revoke our access to your Facebook profile: open Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, select our app and click “Remove”. This doesn't delete your account here — for that, use the steps above.
