How much does a genkiki.com subscription cost?
There are three paid plans: Basic for €15 a month, Advanced for €30 and Professional for €86. With annual billing the prices drop to €12, €25.50 and €68.80 a month respectively.
Is there a free plan and what does it include?
Yes, the Free plan is €0 and doesn't require a card. It gives you access to the AI Studio with 17 models, but doesn't include monthly credits — you generate with credits from a pack, which can also be bought on the Free plan.
What is the difference between Basic, Advanced and Professional?
Each next plan gives you more credits and access to more models: Basic is 11,500 credits and 55 models, Advanced is 34,500 plus 2,500 bonus credits and 85 models, and Professional is 124,200 plus 17,500 bonus credits and all 88 models. Files are kept for 28, 42 and 56 days respectively.
How much do I save if I pay annually?
Paying yearly cuts the price by 20% on Basic (from €15 to €12 a month), by 15% on Advanced (from €30 to €25.50) and by 20% on Professional (from €86 to €68.80). Credits and features stay the same — only the price changes.
Are there hidden fees or mandatory extra payments?
No. Your price stays frozen for the whole paid period — the subscription doesn't get more expensive along the way. If you need more credits, you can buy a pack — optional, not required.
How long are generations and uploaded files kept?
The period depends on the plan: 7 days on Free, 28 days on Basic, 42 days on Advanced and 56 days on Professional. Download the important files before the period runs out.
Which plans give 4K video, files without a visible watermark and premium models?
Files come out without a visible watermark from Basic upwards. 4K video is on Extended and Professional. Premium models and priority under load are only on Professional.
What is a credit?
A credit is the unit used to pay for every generation on genkiki.com. Each model has its own price in credits, while payment to the site is in euros. Credits come either with your monthly plan or from a one-time pack.
How many credits does one image cost?
It depends on the model and is charged per image. The most economical models start from 7 credits, and the most used ones are in the range of about 60–160 credits. The exact price is shown before you generate.
How is video billed and why does it cost more than a photo?
Video is charged per second, not per clip — so the price depends on the clip's length. With the economy video models, one second is about 51 credits, so a 5-second clip comes to about 255 credits. The stronger models cost more per second.
Can I see the exact price before I start a generation?
Yes. The price in credits is shown when you pick a model, before you start, and for video it is already calculated for the length. Nothing is charged until you confirm.
How much content can I make with 3000 credits?
As a guide with the budget models: about 428 images at 7 credits or about 11 videos of 5 seconds. With the pricier models the quantity is lower, but the quality is higher.
Do I lose credits if a generation fails?
No. If a generation fails, the credits are always returned to your balance automatically — you only pay for a successful result. If the generation went through successfully but you simply don’t like the result, it has been completed and the credits stay spent.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Your account stays active — nothing is stopped and you don't lose access to your files. You can wait for your plan's next period or buy a pack right away — the smallest is 3000 credits.
Do unused credits roll over to the next month?
Unused monthly credits from your subscription may expire at the end of the period — they don't accumulate indefinitely for the next month, unless the specific plan says otherwise. Credits from a pack are separate and valid for 90 days from purchase.
What is the difference between plan credits and a credit pack?
Plan credits arrive automatically with every subscription period. A pack is a one-time purchase with no subscription, is valid for 90 days and can be bought on any plan — including the Free one, which has no monthly credits.
How much do the credit packs cost?
Six packs, all valid for 90 days: 3K for 5 €, 6K for 9 €, 12K for 16 €, 24K for 29 €, 48K for 54 € and 96K for 99 €. The stated number of credits is the total you receive.
What do "base" and "bonus" credits in the packs mean?
The bonus is part of the stated total, not an add-on on top. For example, the 12K pack is 12,000 credits in total — 9,750 core and 2,250 bonus. The bigger the pack, the bigger the share of bonus: from 0% at 3K to 34% at 96K.
Which pack is the best value per credit?
The 96K pack. With it, 1000 credits cost about €1.03, while with the 3K pack they are about €1.67 — that is, for the same money you get about 62% more credits.
How long are pack credits valid?
90 days from the date of purchase. The validity is the same for all six packs — from 3K to 96K.
How can I pay, and in what currency are the prices?
All prices are in euros. You pay by card through Stripe, with your PayPal or Revolut balance, with Apple Pay or Google Pay, in cash at an EasyPay point, or by bank transfer.
Is payment secure?
Yes, through a secure provider. We don't store your card details.
Do I need a bank card for the free plan?
No. You sign up and start right away, with no card and no commitment. To generate on the free plan, you need credits from a pack.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. The interface, support and invoices are in Bulgarian.
Does the subscription renew automatically?
Yes, the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period. You can stop renewal at any time from your account settings or by emailing support.
Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes — you upgrade or downgrade in a few clicks from
Plan and billing in your account. There is no fee for changing plans.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You stop automatic renewal from
Plan and payments in your account or by email to support. Access to your plan stays until the end of the period you've already paid for — you don't lose the rest of the month.
Can I get my money back?
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under European law, but it lapses when you ask for the service to start immediately and have already used credits. If none of the credits in the pack have been used, a refund within that period is possible; if some of the credits have been spent, no refund is made. The full terms are in the Refund Policy.
Am I allowed to use the results for business?
Yes — the commercial license is part of the paid plans. You can use your generations in ads, in an online store and for clients, within the Terms of Service and the Content Policy.
Can I earn credits instead of buying them?
Yes, in two ways — both through the
Affiliate Program. The first is a commission: you get a personal link and earn a percentage of every purchase by a user who signed up through it, with the percentage growing with your level, and from a certain level up you also get credits for every signup. The second is "Share and earn" in the "Campaigns" section: you earn credits when you publish your own generations together with your personal link. You can take your earnings as money from €15 up, or instantly as credits with a 15% bonus, with no minimum.
